Alberto Chalon is an Italian entrepreneur and technology investor with nearly three decades of experience building and backing consumer-facing businesses. He began his career in 1996, co-founding and scaling multiple fashion companies to over 120 employees and more than EUR 150 million in revenues with positive EBITDA.

Andreas Wiele is an international media and digital executive with a long track record in transforming and scaling businesses, both as an operator and investor. Over a 20-year tenure on the executive board of Axel Springer SE, Europe’s largest publisher, he helped lead the company’s transition from traditional print to a leading European digital media group and built a world-class classifieds business in jobs and real estate. From 2022 until 2025, Andreas served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the publicly listed ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, Germanys’ largest broadcasting and streaming network.

Mauro Marconi is an investor relations and business development professional with over a decade of experience across venture capital, private equity and financial markets. He has led fundraising strategy, LP relations and investor engagement for international investors, building strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices and emerging managers.​

Niraj Pabari is a Swiss investor with experience across asset management, consumer goods and startups, combining strong skills in business model analysis, finance and operations. Before joining Giano Capital, he was an Associate at Neventa Capital, where he led deal origination, analysis and execution, managed Luxembourg fund operations and audits, and worked on investments such as SharesPost in the US and HappyFresh in Singapore.

Mark Bower-Easton is Senior Advisor, Capital Formation at Giano Capital, bringing over 20 years of experience in venture capital, private wealth, and institutional fundraising. He advises on capital formation strategy, LP engagement, co-investment programmes, and platform development, with a focus on UK and EMEA family offices, and UHNW investors.

Prior to joining Giano Capital, Roberto worked in technology investment banking, holding positions at GP Bullhound in London and BlueBull in Madrid. Roberto holds a Master’s in Finance from ESADE Business School and is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.
